Job summary

CPM UK is seeking Merchandisers in the Hastings area to visit a mix of high street, grocery and convenience stores, completing merchandising tasks, audits and POS set ups. You will navigate fixtures and stock displays, and aim to keep displays looking great.

The role is approx 4–6 hours per week with some seasonal increases, £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay, and requires owning a car for transporting materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Own car to transport promotional materials or displays.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving).
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved.
