Tem-Energy is seeking a Baseload Originator to deliver high-quality generator deals that strengthen credibility with asset owners. You will manage relationships end-to-end to facilitate deal velocity and reduce friction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in energy or climate tech, a proven ability in deal structuring, and solid commercial understanding.

Competenze

• Experience in energy, climate tech or B2B sales with renewable generators, developers or asset managers.
• Proven ability to source, structure and close new generator deals.
• Strong grasp of generator commercial drivers including price and risk.

• Run and close generator deals from first signal to signature.
• Grow tem’s presence with developers and IPPs through targeted outreach.
• Build a diversified portfolio across core tech types and regions.
