tem is seeking a Baseload Originator to enhance their generator deal flow and strengthen relationships within the energy market. This role requires expertise in building relationships with renewable energy developers and coordinating complex transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder deals with renewable generators.
• Ability to coordinate with Trading and Legal on structured energy deals.
• Proven ability to build a diversified portfolio of generator opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Run and close generator deals from first signal to signature.
• Grow tem’s presence with developers and aggregators.
• Own commercial diligence and ensure clean handoffs to delivery.

Skills

Experience in energy, climate tech or B2B sales

Proven ability to source, structure and close new generator deals

Strong grasp of generator commercial drivers

Excellent communication skills
