Job summary

Public House Group is seeking a Bartender to join our London pubs and provide outstanding service while crafting a wide range of beverages. You will work as part of a lively team, ensuring guests feel welcome and well looked after.

We offer competitive pay at £12.71 per hour plus tips (earn up to £18 per hour) and a range of benefits, including discount programs and wellbeing support. Training, progression, and a friendly work environment await.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

What you'll be doing as a Bartender:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
• Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.

About you, our new Bartender:
