Job summary

Tonight Josephine is seeking a Cocktail Bartender to join our weekends team at our London venue. You will craft cocktails, engage with guests, and deliver memorable experiences in a fast-paced bar environment.

We offer a wage starting at £12.71 per hour plus tips and service charges, with skill-based pay rewards, and a generous staff discount across our venues. Training is provided to help you shine and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in crafting cocktails and serving guests in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Ability to pour and mix drinks with accuracy and speed.
• Strong teamwork and communication with fellow staff.
• Excellent guest service and recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Adaptable and resilient in a nightlife setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing service and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring utensils, glassware, and ingredients are stocked.
• Ensure cocktails are prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with barback and team to maintain smooth operations.
• Upsell and promote featured cocktails, specials, and events to enhance guest experience.

As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be intuitive, socially interactive, and obsessed with the smallest details. Skills and Experience:

• A multi‑tasker who is fast and charismatic.
• Have experience with Cocktail bartending and free pouring is desired, but not essential.
