Job summary

The Cocktail Club is seeking a part-time Floortender to join our Bristol venues. You will greet guests, take orders, serve drinks and food, and help maintain a welcoming, fast-paced floor service environment.

We value excellent customer service, strong multitasking, and a friendly, upbeat attitude. You’ll work on a part-time schedule (20–25 hours) with shifts Mon–Sun, and enjoy benefits including service charge, staff discounts, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
• Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
• Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
• Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.

This is a PART TIME vacancy, with shifts based over Mon - Sun (20-25 hours), and a wage starting at £10.85 - £12.71 per hour!
