Job summary

Dirty Martini in London is seeking a Cocktail Bartender to join our fast-paced team. You will prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, engage with guests, and help maintain a spotless bar area while following safety and hygiene guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with cocktail bartending and free pouring is desirable.
• Fast-paced, guest-focused service with attention to detail.
• Ability to engage guests and upsell featured cocktails and events.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages following recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area with stocked utensils, glassware and ingredients.
• Ensure cocktails are prepared with consistency, quality and attention to detail.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with bar staff to maintain a smooth, efficient operation.
• Upsell and promote featured cocktails, specials, and events to enhance guest experience.

As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be intuitive, socially interactive, and obsessed with the smallest details. • Collaborate with the barback and other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
• Upsell and promote featured cocktails, specials, and events to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.

Skills and Experience:
