The Bell in Charlbury, part of the Bamford Collection, is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our team. Help deliver our handcrafted cocktails in a relaxed, guest-focused setting, including our beer garden.

This role offers weekend flexibility and a 45-hour contract. Earnings potential is £33,469.20 per annum OTE, with base salary plus gratuities.

• Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in hospitality.

About The Role As our team continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Bartender to join us and help elevate our drinks offering.
You will be a core member of delivering our bespoke range of handcrafted, artisanal cocktails - made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to our guests, particularly in our stunning beer garden – a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike.

About Gratuities & Service Charge

• Gratuities are paid on a pro-rata basis.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,500 in addition to their annual salary.
