Job summary

Malmaison Dundee is seeking a part-time bartender to deliver high-quality drinks and warm service in a stylish hotel bar.

You will know your Pinot from Chardonnay, shake martinis to perfection, and contribute to memorable guest experiences while maintaining bar standards and upselling where appropriate.

This role offers training, tips, and opportunities for progression within Malmaison's brand.

Qualifications

• Experience working behind a bar.
• Ability to tell wine types and cocktails confidently.
• Friendly, engaging customer-facing approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and prepare beverages to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels at the bar.
• Craft cocktails and upsell effectively while ensuring guest satisfaction.
