Job summary

Malmaison in Manchester is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the hotel bar team. The role focuses on guest experience, knowledge of wines and cocktails, and delivering an engaging service as part of Malmaison's F&B offering.

This is a permanent contract with 16 hours per week at £12.80 per hour plus tronc and extensive benefits. We offer training and development, discounted staff room rates, dining discounts, and a range of wellbeing and financial perks as part of our staff benefits package.

• Manage bar operations and guest service to a high standard.
