Job summary

Mollie’s Manchester is seeking a friendly and energetic bartender to join its bar team. You’ll craft classic and innovative drinks, welcome guests with warmth, and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.

The role offers full-time hours with a pay rate of £11.35-£12.91 per hour plus tronc, plus great staff perks and a clear path for career growth in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or over.
• Full training provided.
• Experience in hospitality is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make classic and innovative drinks to Mollie’s standards.
• Welcome guests and ensure they feel looked after.
• Work with kitchen team to keep drinks and food running smoothly.
• Deliver Mollie’s standards, guest policies and procedures.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and ready for service.
• Report to the Diner Manager.
