Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Bar Tender on an occasional worker contract in Scotland. You will craft beverages, deliver stellar service, and help create memorable guest experiences while adhering to hotel policies and licensing laws.

You will handle cash and cards, keep the bar area clean, rotate stock, and assist the Food & Beverage team as needed. English proficiency and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced hospitality role.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in hospitality or retail.
• Experience in bar service and beverage preparation.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Craft beverages following policy and licensing laws, and suggest options.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Handle cash, cards, and guest accounts per procedures.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and presentable.
• Prepare for shifts using the department checklist and assist with stock display.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
• Support Food & Beverage team with additional duties as needed.
