Job summary

Government of Jersey is seeking a friendly, experienced Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team in a restaurant setting at Jersey Marine. You’ll work behind the bar and on the floor, preparing and serving drinks while delivering excellent customer service to guests.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of restaurant or hotel experience, strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, smoothies, and tea/coffee preparation, and a smart, professional appearance. POS experience is advantageous.

Our restaurant is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our professional Food and Beverage team.

As part of the team, you’ll work both behind the bar and on the restaurant floor, preparing and serving drinks to support restaurant service while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, excellent customer service skills and a smart, professional appearance. You’ll have a good knowledge of wines, cocktails, smoothies, and tea and coffee preparation, along with the ability to work well under pressure.

You’ll be self-motivated, adaptable and flexible, with good time management skills, with a positive attitude.

1 year working within a simularestablishment. Previous experience with POS ( point of sale) would be advantageous.
