Job summary

Gov in Jersey is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You’ll work behind the bar and on the floor, crafting drinks and delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year in a similar setting, strong wine, cocktail, tea and coffee knowledge, and a smart, professional appearance. POS experience is advantageous.

Our restaurant is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our professional Food &
Beverage team.
As part of the team, you’ll work both behind the bar and on the restaurant floor, preparing and serving drinks to
support restaurant service while providing excellent customer service to our guests.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment, excellent customer
service skills and a smart, professional appearance. You’ll have a good knowledge of wines, cocktails, smoothies,
and tea and coffee preparation, along with the ability to work well under pressure.
You’ll be self-motivated, adaptable and flexible, with good time management skills, with a positive attitude.
1 year working within a similarestablishment. Previous experience with POS ( point of sale) would be advantageous.
