Job summary

Recruit Genie is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our fast-paced team. You will craft drinks, deliver excellent service, and foster a welcoming bar atmosphere while handling cash and POS transactions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bar experience, strong mixology knowledge, and a positive, proactive attitude. The role offers competitive pay, tips, staff discounts, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Create classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management

Required Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working in a bar or hospitality environment
• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced venues preferred
• Previous experience making cocktails and handling bar equipment
• Experience with tills/POS systems and cash handling
