Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Team Member.

• Desirable: Cocktail knowledge or experience.
• Desirable: Experience in high-volume or event-led venues.

Responsibilities

• Bar service: prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, beer and soft drinks.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to all guests.
• Maintain speed, accuracy and consistency during busy service periods.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked during service.
• Follow brand and venue standards for drink quality and presentation.
• Ensure correct bar setup and close-down procedures.
• Adhere to licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Maintain hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
• Support senior bartenders and supervisors as required.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Bar Service Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including cocktails, spirits, beer, and soft drinks Deliver friendly, professional service to all guests Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during busy service periods

Standards & Presentation

• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
• Follow brand and venue standards for drink quality and presentation
• Ensure correct bar setup and close‑down procedures

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Follow licensing laws and responsible alcohol service standards
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety standards at all times
• Use equipment safely and correctly

Team Support

• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service
• Support senior bartenders and supervisors as required
• Be flexible and supportive during event and high‑volume shifts

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Essential

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Team Member
