The Braywood, part of WSH Restaurants, is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in the UK. You will craft innovative cocktails, deliver outstanding service, and create memorable moments for our guests.

Qualifications

• Leaving Cert level education or above.
• NVQ qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Mixology mastery: create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
• Guest engagement: interact with guests and offer drink recommendations.
• Beverage program support: help develop drinks menu with new cocktails and promotions.
• Bar operations: keep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked while following safety rules.
• Upselling: suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Team collaboration: collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service.
