Job summary

Six by Nico - Cardiff is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join our team. The role covers both full-time and part-time positions, with a strong focus on cocktails, spirits and wines, and delivering exceptional service in a busy high-end setting.

You'll maintain product knowledge, train junior staff, manage beverage stocks, and support a culture of inclusion. Benefits include paid shifts, progression opportunities, and travel across Six by Nico sites in the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year bartending experience.
• Enthusiasm for all things bartending.
• Confident in a busy, high-end environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge.
• Training and guiding new team members.
• Serve drinks and food according to service standards.
• Manage beverage stock incl. ordering, receiving, and stock control.
• Handle invoices and data entry related to stock.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for Full-time and Part-time Experienced Bartenders to join the team at Six by Nico.

The role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join us. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Bartender, with sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits and Wines

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge,
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
• Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all Beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant.
• Administration of all stocks including, invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 6 months -1 year previous experience in Bartending
• Enthusiasm for all things Bartending
• Be confident in a busy, high end environment.
