Job summary

GAUCHO in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join GAUCHO Cityteams. You will expertly craft cocktails, spirits and wines while delivering fast, precise service in line with GAUCHO drink specifications and the bar cycle of service.

As a Bartender you will engage guests, maintain drink quality, and work with the GAUCHO team to ensure an exceptional guest experience across all visits. Previous cocktail making experience and a welcoming presence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits and wines.

• Maintain a clean and organised bar at all times and follow bar setup/breakdown procedures.
• Support stock control procedures to maximise revenues and profits.
• Train and act as a role model to all new members of the team.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence through heightened hospitality.

Key responsibilities of a GAUCHOBartender

• Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails,spiritsand wines.

• Maintain consistent drink quality,presentationand timing during service.

• Work with the GAUCHOteam to offer an exceptional experience to all GAUCHOguests during their visit.

• Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks, and wines following Gaucho specifications and the cycle of service.

• Ensure all drinks orders are prepared quickly, accurately and to a high standard.

• Maintain a clean and organised bar at all timeswhile working and follow all bar set-up and breakdown procedures.

• Support andassistthe management team to maximise revenues and profits by following all stock control procedures.
