Job summary

GAUCHO Edinburgh is seeking an enthusiastic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced with cocktails, spirits and wines and will deliver quality drinks with speed, skill and precision in line with Gaucho specifications.

Contribute to an exceptional guest experience, work as part of a team, and help maintain a high standard of service and bar presentation throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in cocktail making.
• Be a team player and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a positive approach to own role and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits and wines.
• Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation and timing during service.
• Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks, and wines following Gaucho specifications.
• Ensure drinks orders are prepared quickly, accurately and to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar at all times and follow setup/breakdown procedures.
• Support management to maximise revenues and profits by following stock control procedures.
• Be a role model to new team members and demonstrate service excellence.

Key responsibilities of a GAUCHOBartender
