• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Craft exceptional cocktails, from classic favourites to innovative creations, that meet our high standards of presentation and taste.

What We’re Looking For: Essentials:

• Previous experience as a Bartender within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirables:

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender, creating both classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Experience handling large volume covers and high guest turnover.
• Previous experience in providing high-quality bar service in a hotel or spa setting.
• Food Safety Training or a willingness to undergo training.

Shift Pattern:

• Part-time and Full-time roles available.
• Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work as needed to meet team and business demands.
