You’ll create a brilliant drinking experience for every guest, serving up classics and new favourites with energy and personality. You’ll be 18+ and trained to Mollie’s standards, with varying shifts and staff benefits across a growing family of sites.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and full of energy.
• Guest-focused with a great eye for detail.
• Builds relationships quickly and works well as part of a team.
• Organised, reliable and proud of high standards.
• Keen to learn and build a career in hospitality.
• Bar or hospitality experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
• You must be 18 or over for this role.

Varying shifts between 9AM-5PM, 5PM-3AM, including weekends
