Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA seeks a Bartender in Bournemouth to ensure guests have a positive, first-class dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks while maintaining a clean bar and dining area.

You may work late evenings and weekends, with shifts including nights as needed. Applicants must be 18 or older and have a passion for hospitality and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t essential, but you should be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff to provide excellent service.

A day in the life of…

Working in one or more of the hotel's bars, as a Bartender you’ll be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive, first class dining experience. You’ll greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised dining area, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation as needed whilst working agilely to support the rest of the wider business

**Please note that due to licencing legislation, we will only be accepting applicants who are age 18 or above. Due to the nature of this role, you may be required to work late evenings and weekends.**

What do we need from you?
