Job summary

Smith & Western - Lingfield is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve drinks, assist customers, and keep the bar and dining area well stocked and clean. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with opportunities for full or part-time hours.

Experience is advantageous but not essential; we value an outgoing personality, great work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Applicants must be over 18 due to licensing restrictions.

Bartender

Since 1995 Smith & Western have been serving greattasting fresh food, mouth-watering cocktails and belly busting deserts in ourauthentically themed restaurants across the South. We are a family runrestaurant with over 25 years’ experience. Our passion and drive are still asstrong as it was on the day, we opened our first restaurant.

Our bartenders prepare and serve drinks in a friendly andwarm manner both to customers at the bar and for customers seated in therestaurant, they are masters of bartending, from service and drink preparationto cleaning and inventory control. Always ready with a warm welcome andfriendly smile they know their products and take pride in offering a friendlyconversation and knowledgeable recommendation if required.

Shifts vary, and we can offer both full and part timepositions, working patterns will include some evening and weekend shifts asthat’s our busiest times.

At Smith & Western we know how valuable a good BarTender is so whilst experience is advantageous it’s not essential, common sensean outgoing personality and great work ethic are!

Due to licensing restrictions, we do require that applicantsmust be over 18.
