Dakota Leeds is seeking a trained and passionate Bar Tender to join our Bar team. The role focuses on preparing and serving drinks according to menu specifications, including classic and signature cocktails, while maintaining bar setup and cleanliness.

We are Seeking a trained and passionate Bar Tender to join our Bar team.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with our menu specifications, including classic and signature cocktails. Complete bar set up at the start of a service, including preparing garnishes, stocking glassware and cleaning duties.
• Carry out full bar close-down procedure, ensuring the bar has been fully cleaned down and prepared ready for the following shift
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menu options to be able to offer guests recommendations, including understanding the allergens present.
• Drive sales through excellent service, genuine guest engagement, and personalised recommendations.
• Support the bar floor team proactively when required.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have/be:

• A minimum of one years working experience in a Bar environment.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mixing classic cocktails.
