Job summary

Dakota Manchester is seeking a trained and passionate Bar Tender to join our Bar team. The successful candidate will prepare and serve drinks, manage bar setup, and support the floor team while delivering excellent guest service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, with training on responsible alcohol service and a focus on menu knowledge, allergens, and personalised recommendations. A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year working experience in a Bar environment.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mixing classic cocktails.
• Understanding of the responsible sale of alcohol, although full training will be provided.
• Be an outgoing personality with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently at pace and be proactive for the duration of your shift.
• Willing and able to pour, serve and sell alcohol.
• An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity.
• Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail.
• Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.
• Successful candidates must demonstrate having researched our brand and a genuine desire to be part of our team.
