Job summary

Malmaison in Manchester is seeking a Bartender for a permanent, part-time role in our Deansgate venue. You will work in a lively hotel bar, crafting cocktails, serving guests with personality and delivering memorable hospitality.

Experience in bartending with knowledge of wines and spirits is preferred. The role offers 20 hours per week with an hourly rate of £12.80 plus tronc and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience desirable.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails recommended.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to guests with flair.
• Provide wine and cocktail recommendations to guests.
• Maintain high standards of service, banter and entertainment.
