Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bloomsbury is recruiting a motivated Bartender to join our Truly Talented team. This role offers a part-time, permanent contract with flexible hours and 20 hours per week at £13,790.40 gross per annum.

You should have a passion for wine and cocktails, thrive in a busy service environment, and enjoy engaging with guests while learning our food menu. Join a friendly team committed to high hospitality standards and great training.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and bar service preferred.

Radisson Blu, Bloomsbury Street is a boutique neighbourhood hotel where the area's literary past meets contemporary design. Set moments from the British Museum, Covent Garden, and Tottenham Court Road station, the hotel's mid-century panelled design kindles the feeling of a modern London townhouse.

We are currently recruiting for an engaging and driven Bartender to join our Truly Talented team.

What we offer

£13,790.40 per annum

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
