Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bond Street is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee the F&B outlets with a guest-first mindset, driving revenue and ensuring brand standards. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury/boutique venues and a solid understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures, along with a passion for hospitality excellence.

Your role

You will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping your guests at heart of everything that you do.

We seek someone who holds and enjoys maintaining high standards, with keen attention to detail. Experience within the luxury/boutique segment would be a real advantage.

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

As a Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will ensure the smooth operational running of the F&B outlets in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.

You will work closely with Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager, leading and evolving the F&B operations at the hotel, driving revenue, ensuring that brand standards are met, and guests’ expectations are exceeded.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

The Core Skills And Experience Required To Succeed

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;
• Previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service;
• Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members;
• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Restaurant or Bar Manager (ready for the step-up);
• Excellent personal presentation;
• An authentic and inspiring leader of people and business;
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach and have experience in empowering a team to successfully meet expectations;
• Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring team members;
• An authentic and inspiring leader of people and business.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
