Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel London Bloomsbury is recruiting a Bartender to join a fast‑paced, guest‑led team. The role offers flexible hours, with a 20 hrs per week part‑time contract or other arrangements, and a salary of £13,790.40 per year along with attractive benefits.

You will bring wine and cocktail knowledge, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy engaging with guests. You must have the right to work in the UK; opportunities for training and progression exist within Axiom Hospitality Limited.

Radisson Blu, Bloomsbury Street is a boutique neighbourhood hotel where the area's literary past meets contemporary design. Set moments from the British Museum, Covent Garden, and Tottenham Court Road station, the hotel's mid-century panelled design kindles the feeling of a modern London townhouse.

We are currently recruiting for an engaging and driven Bartender to join our Truly Talented team.

£13,790.40 per annum

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
