Job summary

Quo Vadis Members Club & Restaurant in Soho, London, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our historic venue within the Harts Group.

You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional service to a diverse, high-end guest base, and maintain brand standards across our seasonal Modern British menu.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-quality venue.
• Excellent knowledge of drinks and bespoke cocktails.
• Personable, welcoming, and hospitality-driven.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of menus, seasonal ingredients, and allergens.
• Able to make coffees and demonstrate barista skills.
• Familiar with EPOS systems (Tevalis or similar).
• Adhere to Food Safety and hygiene standards.
• Be the face of the brand with a warm welcome and hospitality.
• Support sustainability and recycling initiatives.
• Strong command of English and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails to a high standard.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and allergens for guests.
• Ensure brand standards and cleanliness of bar area.
• Operate the bar efficiently during service and peak times.

The Bartender role

• Experience as a Cocktail Bartender, Senior Bartender or Head Bartender in a high-quality restaurant, Members Club, bar or nightclub in London
• Excellent knowledge of drinks and experience creating bespoke cocktails
• Personable and welcoming with a passion for the Hospitality Industry
• Ensure exceptional service is consistently delivered
• Brilliant knowledge of our menus, seasonal ingredients, and allergens
• Able to make coffees and have barista skills
• Able to operate Tevalis or similar EPOS system
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome, conviviality and hospitality
