Carluccio’s in London is seeking a friendly Bar Team Member to craft drinks that pair with our Italian-inspired menu. You’ll welcome guests, mix cocktails, pour wines, and keep the bar spotless and well stocked in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred.
• Able to mix cocktails, pour wines, and prepare beverages to standard.
• Strong guest focus with the ability to upsell and upsell confidently.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks: cocktails, wines, coffees, and non-alcoholic options to a high standard.
• Engage with guests, make recommendations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

• Craft Perfect Drinks: Prepare a variety of beverages, from expertly mixed cocktails and carefully selected wines to freshly brewed coffees, ensuring every drink meets our high standards.
• Engage with Guests: Provide warm and friendly service, making recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Maintain the Bar: Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked, ensuring everything is ready for smooth service.
• Support the Team: Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service, especially during busy periods.
• Upsell with Confidence: Use your knowledge of our menu and drinks list to suggest pairings and upsell items, enhancing the guest experience and boosting sales.
• Follow Health and Safety Standards: Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to, creating a safe environment for both guests and colleagues.
