Job summary

RIU Plaza London The Westminster welcomes a bartender to join our dynamic team in London. You will prepare and serve beverages with flair, maintain clean and organized bar areas, and provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires full-time availability (40 hours per week), with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to a welcoming, premium guest experience and benefit from RIU's global training and career development

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal communication and guest service orientation.
• Able to work a full-time 40-hour schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving beverages with skill and creativity as a bartender.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of bar areas; supporting cleanup and maintenance.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
• Taking payments from customers.
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Supporting restaurant operations when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages with skill and creativity, showcasing your expertise as a bartender.

• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar areas, supporting in the cleanup and maintenance tasks.

• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

• Taking payment from customers

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

• Support the restaurant, if need it.
