Job summary

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is seeking a Bartender for the Milestone Hotel & Residences in London. You will deliver personalised service, craft cocktails, and manage a fast-paced bar in a luxury setting.

Permanent role with 5 on 2 off pattern, offering 34,000 GBP OTE per year plus a range of benefits. You will join a renowned hospitality group with strong development and community initiatives.

We are looking for a Bartender to join our wonderful team in our stunning hotel. We are looking for someone with previous bar experience within a hotel or luxury setting with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalised service to guests.

Key Responsibilities of a Bartender:

• Crafting exceptional cocktails and drinks while maintaining high levels of service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are always set to the highest standards and remain clean and well-organized.
• Working across all areas of the bar, providing a smooth and efficient service throughout.
• Preparing cocktails, drinks, and food service with precision and attention to detail.
• Demonstrating a strong knowledge of the bar menu, providing expert recommendations, and tailoring drinks to guest preferences.
