Job summary

Manzi’s in Soho is seeking a Bartender to drive bar operations from breakfast to dinner, ensuring the bar is well-stocked with supplies, syrups and glassware. You will capture guests’ flavour profiles and confidently recommend wines, beers and cocktails with pride.

Deliver personalised service to foster loyalty and uphold the highest standards; you are our greatest asset in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a busy hospitality setting.
• Strong guest service with attention to detail.
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy during peak times.
