Job summary

Manzi’s Soho, part of The Wolseley Hospitality Group, is seeking a passionate Bartender to deliver warm, polished service across breakfast to dinner. You’ll help manage stock, glassware and maintain a welcoming bar atmosphere.

Capture guests’ flavour profiles, recommend wines, beers and cocktails, and build loyalty through attentive, high-standards service. We offer a generous staff discount and engaging training opportunities.

• Be instrumental in all bar and bar area operations from breakfast to dinner, keeping a bar well-stocked of supply, syrups and glassware.
• Capture guests’ flavour profiles, offering recommendation of wines, beers and cocktails – serve and create with pride!
