Carnoustie Golf Hotel & Spa is seeking a charismatic, professional Bartender to join the team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality drinks, guest-focused service, and seamless collaboration with floor and kitchen teams.

Experience in a hotel or high-volume setting is preferred, with strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required in this on-site hospitality role.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience is essential, preferably in a hotel or high-volume upscale environment.
• Deep understanding of mixology, spirits, wine pairings, and beer styles.
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Craft & Create: Prepare a wide range of drinks—from cocktails and wine service to specialty coffees with precision and speed.


• Host: Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, offering recommendations and anticipating their needs.


• Maintain Excellence: Keep the bar area pristine, organized, and fully stocked.


• Collaborate: Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.


• Compliance: Ensure all mandatory training and licensing training is kept up to date.
