Job summary

Six by Nico is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines, with a proven track record in busy, high-end settings.

You will contribute to excellent guest experiences, maintain stock, and support training for new team members. We offer a range of benefits and development opportunities, including meal on shift, progression pathways, and staff recognition programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year previous bartending experience
• Enthusiasm for all things bartending
• Confidence in a busy, high-end environment

Responsibilities

• Serving all drink and food orders in the public bars according to Cycle of Service standards and timings
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant
• Administration of all stocks including invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Bartender to join the team at Six by Nico.

The role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join us. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Bartender, with sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits and Wines

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge,
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
• Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all Beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant.
• Administration of all stocks including, invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 6 months -1 year previous experience in Bartending
• Enthusiasm for all things Bartending
• Be confident in a busy, high end environment.
