Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a Bars Team Member in Greater London on a permanent casual basis (0 hours per week). You will prepare and serve beverages to a high standard and deliver friendly, efficient service while complying with licensing laws.

You will join a team that values development, wellbeing, and recognition, with opportunities to progress within CH&CO and the Compass Group UK&I family.

Qualifications

• Experience serving beverages and delivering friendly, professional service.
• Ability to take accurate orders and handle payments.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organise glassware and equipment.
• Able to restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments using tills/POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and equipment
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Check ID and ensure compliance with licensing laws and age restrictions
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a polite and professional manner
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
