Job summary

CH&CO is hiring a Bars Team Member on a permanent casual basis for our venue in London. You will prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, ensure excellent customer service, and work as part of a team to keep service smooth during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments using tills/POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and equipment
• Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Check ID and ensure compliance with licensing laws and age restrictions
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a polite and professional manner
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Bars Team Member to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.
