Salary: £13.85 per hour
Hours: 40h per week

Thomas Franks, one of the world's largest law firms with its UK headquarters in London, caters to around 700 people daily. We offer breakfast and lunch in our restaurant, along with high-end, frequent hospitality services. This role is Monday to Friday, benefiting from excellent transport links.

We are seeking a talented Barista to join our team at one of our prestigious contracts in London.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality barista coffee for staff and visitors, working well within a team
• Maintain food standards and control wastage
• Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen procedures
• Stock and rotate retail items regularly
• Set up the location each morning for daily operations
• Manage payments and cash handling
• Conduct daily stock takes of products

Required skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player mentality
• Essential barista experience
• Personable, with a good sense of humour and a fun attitude

Knowledge / competencies:

Good verbal and written English skills, with the ability to read and understand instructions. Experience in customer service or food preparation environments is preferred.
