Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Part-time Team Leader for a fixed-term 15 hours per week. You will lead shifts, train Baristas, and energise the team while upholding Costa's service and coffee standards. Flexibility to suit the store needs and the role requires a reliable, proactive leader who communicates well and stays calm under pressure.
