Costa Coffee is hiring a Team Leader for 28 hours over 4 days on a fixed term contract. You will lead shifts, train baristas, and energise the team to deliver excellent service and coffee quality. Flexible shifts are available to fit personal schedules.

You’ll demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and the ability to adapt under pressure while maintaining Costa’s standards and guest experience.
