Costa Coffee is seeking a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) in London to supervise shifts, train staff and ensure coffee excellence. The role offers 35 hours per week with flexible shifts to fit the store and the team.

You will lead by example, energise your team and maintain service standards while supporting a warm customer experience.
