Costa Coffee is hiring a Team Leader to bring energy and confidence to every shift, train new Baristas, and motivate the team while maintaining high standards of service and coffee excellence.

You’ll lead smooth shifts, support staff, and adapt to changing needs, contributing to a great customer experience and a positive store culture.
