Job summary

Costa Coffee in Leeds is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, while guiding and training new Baristas to uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence.

You'll energise and motivate your team, act as a reliable role model, and stay adaptable and composed under pressure to keep everything running smoothly and deliver great moments for customers.

Qualifications

• Track record as a reliable team leader or willingness to step into the role.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Experience training staff or baristas preferred.
