Costa Coffee in Worcester is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient shifts and coach Baristas, delivering great service and coffee excellence.

As a reliable role model with strong communication, you will motivate the team, stay calm under pressure and adapt to busy periods. Flexible shifts and a supportive Costa culture await.
