Costa Coffee in Watford is seeking a Team Leader to energise shifts, coach Baristas and uphold Costa's high standards of service and coffee excellence. You will guide staff, manage busy periods and ensure a welcoming, efficient store environment.

As a reliable role model with strong communication, you will empower your team, maintain quality control and help deliver great customer experiences every day.
