Job summary

Costa Coffee in Stevenage is looking for a Team Leader who brings energy, confidence and support to every shift. You’ll lead smooth, efficient service and energise the team to deliver great coffee and experiences.

As a Team Leader you’ll train new Baristas, maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence, and stay adaptable to keep operations running smoothly. If you’re a reliable, communicative team player eager to step into a leadership role, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or stepping into a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills used daily to motivate staff.
• Customer-focused approach with a positive, energetic presence.
