Job summary

Costa Coffee in Bolton is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible hours to fit around store needs. You will lead the team and ensure smooth operations while maintaining Costa's standards.

You will train and support new Baristas, energise the team, and uphold service and coffee excellence. A calm, adaptable leader who can stay positive under pressure is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven team leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting.
• Ability to train and coach junior staff and baristas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork.
• Reliable, energetic, and adaptable under pressure.
